21 May Now launched as a Devon elopement wedding venue
With over 40 people to help us celebrate our launch as a Devon elopement wedding venue, we are firmly on our way! The Round House looked stunning in the May sunshine as our teams of wedding suppliers displayed their skills for our photoshoot with Meg from Mimosa Photography in the morning, followed by a launch event at 4pm. Our ‘bridal couple’ were expertly dressed by The Wedding Hub, using dresses from Rock the Frock and a suit from The Vintage Suit Hire. Some very creative work was done by Brigitte Fisher to weave flowers into our bride’s blond hair, while the groom received a very fetching plait. Make-up by Layla Purwanan and the look was complete; our couple looked splendid.
The Round House and tables were dressed by two very talented florists, Gemma from Poppys Flower Studio and Emma from Emma Hewlett Flowers, who really pulled a blinder with arrangements on the top table, the walls of the Round House and on the terrace.
The food was fabulous too, with canapes from Rodean Restaurant who do outside catering on request and who we hope will be helping us with wedding receptions. The cake from Lisa at Boho Cakes was incredible, using the ‘naked’ approach of fresh fruit and flowers.
Our Devon elopement wedding venue and table placesettings were provided and dressed by Devon Weddings & Events, Virginia‘s Vintage, The Prop Factory and Keeping it Vintage with lots of styling from Danielle at Faithful Designs.
And of course, the gorgeous Range Rover which took our happy couple away looked fantastic in our vineyard! Thanks to LandRover Experience Westcountry.
